How the agencies are rated
In Årets Byrå, 151 Swedish communications agencies were evaluated and nearly 2,500 survey responses from buyers of communication services were collected. The agencies are rated on a scale from 1 to 10, where 10 is best.
Our ratings
We received the highest ratings in 10 of 15 areas and some we want to highlight a little extra are our strategic expertise (9.1), our digital expertise (9.08), our knowledge of brands (9.25) and our focus on business value (9.25). It feels fantastic because that's exactly where we want to be - we are actually the best in these areas in Sweden.

Flip it around: is there any client who doesn't want to work with us? Via Årets Byrå we asked whether our clients had considered replacing us with another agency? The answer was a flat no. Zero percent had considered switching agencies. But what if their main contact person at the agency were to leave then? Still zero percent
With that out of the way, you can see that our clients choose us for our digital expertise, because the collaboration works well (chemistry) and because we are engaged.
