Concept
The most important things we identified
- The website and the framework should be appealing to reassure the customer that their property will be presented in the absolute best way with the aim of achieving a higher final price
How we went about it
Measurement
Together with the client, we established clear measurement points (KPIs) and carried out a baseline measurement at the start of the project. That way we could follow up on the goals and see where any improvement measures were needed.
Technical solution
The website is built on Episerver and integrates with the real estate system FasAd (property information) and CRM.
We chose to build the search function using React, which provides extremely fast response — which in turn leads to a good user experience.
Design
In several workshops with key stakeholders we developed a design language with a focus on two things: the brand transition and an attractive interface where customers feel their home will be presented in the best possible way. The purpose is, of course, to strengthen Mäklarringen's business and brand.
