New website for Einar Mattsson on Episerver

The assignment


When the property company Einar Mattsson sought a new web agency, they chose Limetta. They needed a digital partner with creative excellence and solid technical expertise in Episerver. Because they had seen and liked our previous projects, they contacted us — and it turned out we really liked them too!

To begin with we took over their existing website and made a few minor tweaks to specific features that needed a little love. However, the site was dated and did not support the goals Einar Mattsson wanted to achieve. Therefore we began working together on a relaunch of the website with a new focus and clear objectives

Solution

By creating a neat and easy-to-use framework for presenting Einar Mattsson's construction projects, editors can now produce attractive and representative presentations of the projects. There they can explain what the projects aim to achieve and how many new rental apartments are being built – since this is a hot topic in Stockholm's housing market Opinion leaders and politicians can easily find detailed information about the various projects Einar Mattsson is working on and has worked on. Through the news feed, the target audience can clearly see that new developments are constantly happening Competition for staff in the real estate industry is almost as fierce as that for rental apartments in Stockholm, and one purpose of Einar Mattsson's website is to attract new employees through so-called employer branding
We therefore highlight current employees and let them, in their own words, describe their positive view of the company – this creates trust and gives a sense of the company's culture. Many visitors to the website are people looking for a rental apartment or who need to log in to “my pages”. They can quickly get an overview of the number of available rental apartments via quick-access links on the homepage We have also highlighted that Einar Mattsson builds condominiums for different needs and target groups, for those ready to buy rather than rent
The result was a successful collaboration and a website that attractively helps Einar Mattsson grow. After the launch, Einar Mattsson has received positive feedback both internally and from users, which is reflected in fewer drop-offs from the website and longer time spent on the site Editors can work more flexibly and faster by reusing blocks created in Episerver across different pages
