3. Strategy and concept - based on the goals we develop a strategy. This can be what a purchase flow looks like, how an SEO strategy can benefit traffic and business. From the strategy we also develop a communication concept.
4. UX - first ideas on structure, flows and interaction.
5. Design - the visual completion where we add color and form to the sketches.
