What is UX and design?

Needs & analysis
When we start a project we begin by familiarising ourselves with the client's challenge. We map the users' needs, behaviours and motivations. We find out what the user flows look like and how your service is actually used. This can for example be done through analyses, user tests, interviews or observations.
By describing a number of user scenarios, where we define the user's needs and challenges when they use a digital service, it becomes easier to see opportunities that can improve that experience.

UX & interaction design
As soon as the analysis work has been completed and the scope has been defined, it's time for the concept work. The concept or proposed solution is the idea of how we will achieve the goals. The concept then forms the basis for the design work
We work with digital design where the experience is the focus. With natural flows we ensure that the website is easy to navigate and inspiring and that it leads to conversion. By removing unnecessary friction we want to create a comfortable experience that is so intuitive it hardly registers. The goal is for the design to enhance the experience without getting in the way

Design
Once the structure is in place, the concept takes shape through visual design. Our art directors craft designs that guide users naturally and intuitively.
